I created one chart as a paid member and have done nothing with this application for months but still paying. I have not used the chart for months as well but still would like access to chart and ability to share the chart. Or at least download it to an application I always have access to that will also keep the comments and links to other pages. Any help would be appreciated!
Do I have access to and ability to share document i created if I cancel paid account?
+7Hi Chris thanks for posting in the community! If you used any features in the document that are only available at your current account level and then downgrade to a free account you may not have edit access to the document anymore. But you would still have view access to the document and you'd have the ability to share. Please let me know if you have any further questions-- if you decide to downgrade and run into any trouble you can email support@lucidchart.com and we can lend a hand!
