Thanks for posting in the community! Unfortunately this is not currently possible. However we are always looking for feedback! If adding this functionality would be useful for you please let us know via our feature request form. 

Please note that admins are able to gain access to any team members documents by deleting the user's account and transferring the user's documents to themselves. More information on how to do this can be found in our Transfer Files help center article.
