I'm unsure how to make direct report bubbles? Also once deciding to use direct report bubbles is it easy to switch them on and off in my org chart?

Hi Matthew, you may have a conditional formatting rule applied - to unapply or delete the rule, click the wand icon in the formatting bar at the top of the canvas. Locate the rule that is applied to your document and click the three dot menu > select unapply or delete to remove it.
