Hi All
Is there a way to remove the defaulting of no. of visible fields on a shape when importing from a shape library? When I drag it in it defaults to 3 and I have to keep expanding it every time I drag it in. This can get very tedious when I have more than 10 fields.

Thanks for reaching out in the Community! Unfortunately there isn't currently a way to do what you are describing on shapes with a field number toggle. However two quicker alternatives might be:
- Manually type the number of fields you need in the field number box
- Duplicate an existing shape on your canvas with the correct number of fields
