Hi there 

Thanks for posting in the community! On a team subscription you have access to a one-time static data upload to a predefined diagram type such as an org chart ERD or mind map. This means that you will be able to use Lucidchart's org chart tool to import your data and automatically construct an org chart but you will not be able to refresh it. 

The data linking you're referring to that is exclusive to enterprise subscriptions allows you to upload a data set then visualize and manipulate it with any shapes as well as refresh and overlay new data.

thank you for the reply.. has that always been an enterprise feature? When we paid for 'premium' I wasn't aware of the distinction. When was the enterprise account introduced?

The Enterprise subscription has been a longstanding offering though there have been adjustments to the pricing and packaging of certain features including the move of data linking to enterprise-only at the beginning of this year.
