I used the data linking but it seems the auto refresh of the gSheet data is not stable. Sometimes it sync within 1-2 mins but sometimes I need to wait for 15+mins. Sometimes it shows below warning to my co-author when it has no problem with me.

Would you mind re-uploading your data using "replace data set" to see if this helps improve performance? Additionally, for the error message your colleague is receiving, is the dataset shared with them in their Google Drive? I appreciate your help and patience!
