I need to layout a floor plan for a new data center.  I can not find objects for a data center.  Can these items be added?

Thanks for reaching out and good question!  Please see the Access More Shapes article from the Lucidchart Help Center for some information. You can also try clicking  "Shapes" in the top left > in the search bar type "Server Rack Diagrams" > Check the box. Those could be some of the shapes that you are looking for.
