I am using a built-in Org Chart layout style where the shape contains an image. Is there a way to customize the size and/or position of the image within the shape?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart community! While you cannot customize the image's style in an Org Chart you can adjust the Org Chart layout formatting by modifying the shape format. You can find further instructions on how to modify your Org Chart's shape format in this Help Center article.
