Custom Shapes editing on the go? (With Google Sheets linked)

Once a custom shape is created with a format that works with your spreadsheet if you want to rearrange the fields of ALL the shapes already on your flow chart how can you do this?  OR even if you simply want to change the colour/size of fonts and shapes?

Thanks for posting in the community! You can adjust the features of all of the shapes on your flowchart at once by selecting them all (command + a on a mac or by dragging your cursor across the canvas) and then editing them through the Properties Bar at the top of your document. You can change their font style and size shape size and orientation and fill color and border properties.
