I have uploaded my CSV file and the system created my departmental org charts but did not create my entire organizational chart? There are NO members of the team in showing for the entire company chart.
Also I noticed that one individual is showing up in the two separate departments but falls under only one. I've checked the coding and it's correct...

Thanks for posting in the community and I am sorry for the trouble. Sometimes issues like this are related to the formatting of your data in your CSV file. Can you please confirm that your CSV is properly formatted? It should look like this:
