When I export a LucidChart diagram to a CSV shape data file the text of any lines that have soft line breaks (Shift-enter) in them are rendered in the exported CSV file as the text characters ' ' which Excel interprets as '

IE. "Initiation
Performed" is exported as "Initiation
Performed" which Excel converts to "Initiation
performed"
Why aren't the line breaks properly exported as correct UTF-8 style characters / symbols in the CSV file.
I can't paste the UTF-8 symbol in this discussion board.
The UTF-8 code is xe2x80xa8 and the rendered text looks like this image:
So the text "Initiation
Performed"
is rendered in the text document as this:
which Excel interprets as "Initiation
performed"
I've found that the UTF-8 character that Lucid Chart is placing in the CSV text file is U+2028 or HTML entity code
