Crop always scaling, not custom cropping

I am trying to add a PDF or JPG to a LucidChart, then crop the image to trim away unneeded parts. For some PDFs and images, any attempt to crop always scales the image down. I can’t figure out why.

For example, when I start moving the to crop from the left side in, the entire image starts moving to stay in scale.

Ah - I figured out the reason. If you rotate the image before cropping, the scaling issues happen. The cropping needs to happen before the image is rotated or it just acts weird.

Do you resize your image?  It used to work before when you resize/rotate images.

Hi @sfintegrationsllc

To clarify, do you mean that resizing your image impacts cropping?

Nope, as making left or right smaller it’s rescaling the image then have to take the image and reposition it inside the new cropped areas.
once that is done have to reposition and resize the image again.

Hi @sfintegrationsllc

I apologize, I am not sure I am understanding. If you are experiencing an issue, do you mind providing a screen recording of the issue?
