- A Section inside the form
- A drop down menu
- A value field
I need to document change in software configuration to show the « From TO »

The button bar and selection dropdown in particular would help you recreate the form shown above.
As far as a connector goes, I recommend using a basic line and customizing the endpoint with this menu to indicate the relationship you want to show.
