Create bullet point list in process shape

Hi @robin b104 thanks for posting in the community! While a text box will allow you to push Enter and move to the next line down normal shapes will not. To push the cursor down a line you have to use 'Shift + Enter'. This also works for adding bullet points in a text box but not a process shape.

The shortcut to add a new bullet point is 'Control + Enter' if you use this in a process shape you should be able to add a new bullet point to a new line. Please take a look at the GIF below to see this in action.

I have this same question, but Lucid does not seem to be working the way described above, now (at least for me).

Indeed Shift-Enter does allow me to start a new line in a Process box (Good!)

But, Ctl-Enter does not put a bullet point at the head of the new line.

Any chance you can clarify, perhaps something has changed in the last year.

Still, my goal, Process Box with a bulleted list within it.

I ran into the same issue in which ctlr+Enter took me to the next line but did not provide the bullet point. So I placed a dash as a substitute to the bullet point.  When this was done a bullet point was presented.

So to get a bullet point the following keystrokes were used:

1. Ctrl+Shift
2. A dash ‘-’ followed by the Space bar

Not the bullet point was not presented if shift+Enter was used to present a new line.

This was completed using:
Palo Alto Prisma Access Browser (Version 131.86.2948.3, based on Chromium version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)) on a Windows 11 Version 23H2

I see that I made a mistake on my step one as it should be Ctrl+Enter.

Either way I have tested on a pure Chrome browser and I am seeing the same issue and after completing the Ctrl+Enter I have to place a dash and space for the bullet point to be presented.

So Windows is the same version as provided above but the Chrome Version is:
Version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I also tested this on another Windows machine with the same results:
Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Chrome 131.0.6778.70

Hi ​@GregNStuff-W thanks for your response and for providing that additional information! Placing a dash and a space is indeed an alternative to adding a new bullet. If Ctrl + Enter does not seem to work for you even in a Chrome browser, could you please try Cmd + Enter and let us know how it goes?
