One thing Lucidchart is missing that others (e.g. OmniGraffle) have is the ability to disable connections on a per object basis. I add text blocks frequently that I don't want lines to connect to and it's very frustrating to have to move them around so they are not adjacent to object that I want to connect with. Same for stacked objects.
It's a really big gap in functionality.
