  • Allow viewing and updating of Confluence content directly within a Lucid documents
  • No instructions other than pasting link to Confluence page
  • Only shows as a regular web link with thumbnail - no content preview or edit ability
  • Cannot find any instructions or guidance available
  • Have connected/enabled for myself and team. Using Confluence Cloud

Hi @Michael S107, thanks for following up! I apologize for the confusion on my part. After pasting a link, you should see a link with a thumbnail as you described, like the example below. Clicking on the expand arrow should then populate your Confluence page. Would you mind sending me a screenshot of what you are seeing when you paste your Confluence link?

Hi @Michael S107, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! I would recommending reviewing our Integrate Lucid with Confluence Cloud article from the Lucid Help Center, as it contains instructions on how to add a Lucid document to a Confluence page, and how to manage your embedded Lucid documents. Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Thanks @Amelia W for your quick response. Already familiar with that documentation, which is for integrating Lucid into Confluence pages - not however what I’m after

My question and the linked article describes bringing Confluence into Lucid - the opposite scenario. Need help on how to get that working as described

Dear Amelia. Pasted link and menu options in LucidSpark, have done same in LucidChart. No options to expand thumbnails or similar, such as occurs for a PDF

Hi @Michael S107, thanks for sharing that screenshot! The good news is it looks like your link is pasting correctly. To expand the the Confluence link or PDF files, you will need to click the expand arrow square that appears in the middle of the thumbnail. Alternatively, you can hold Cmd/Ctrl + Shift to expand these embedded links for websites or PDFs.
