Our org has large teams (up to 16 direct reports) and we are having trouble working out a way to split the org up so that we don't have 16 boxes one under the other or beside each other. We would like to be able to break the team in half and for e.g. have 2 x groups of 8 people (all in the one team) reporting to the same Manager so that our org doesn't end up pages and pages long. Please help!

+7Hi Rhona thanks for reaching out! There currently isn't a way to split up a branch and still have them reporting to the same manager. If you would like this to be a feature in the future please fill out this feature request form. It groups like requests together and brings them to our product team. Thanks for your feedback!
