Colors not displaying properly lucidchart

Recently, I am not able to see the shaded colors on the LucidCharts shapes in a diagram.  Others viewing the same diagram can see them.  I have checked my settings and view options but nothing seems to work.  Any ideas on why that might be the case.

Here is an example of what my screen looks like. The boxes should be blue and the writing is white so I see nothing when I view it. This is happening on any LucidChart I open or create.

Good afternoon,

A few things you can try to see if they resolve the issue. One would be to open the document in an incognito browser (if this works, it might indicate that clearing cache/cookies would resolve the issue). Another thing I can think of having you try would be to toggle the webGL settings on your board. This can be located by going to the View menu > scroll to bottom to Rendering > and check/uncheck WebGL. I hope this assists you in resolving the issue.

Wonderful! I found that unchecking the WebGL setting did the trick.
