We have a project we are working on that others outside of our organization are involved with when they try to log in after we share the link they are receiving a message that says "Your organization already has a Lucid team you can join check your email at example@email.com for a link to join the team". Are they not able to access our docs as they are not a member of our organization?

Hey there thank you for posting in the Lucid community! Our sincere apologies for the delayed response on this thread - I wanted to follow up in case this answer may still be useful to you and to provide a solution for other users who see this thread in the future.


That message simply notifies your collaborators that there is a separate Lucid account for your organization that they might be interested in joining. However doing so is not necessary! So long as you share your documents with them with correct permissions (detailed in our Share in Lucidchart Lucidspark and Lucidscale article from the Lucid Help Center) these external collaborators should be able to access your documents.
