Thanks for posting in the community! I recommend using Collaborator Colors which assigns each person working on your Lucidspark board a separate color that applies to any sticky notes and freehand drawings they add to the canvas. To turn on Collaborator Colors select Team Tools in the upper right corner select Collaborator Colors and turn on the toggle for Unique Collaborator Colors. 

Then you can add a legend to your canvas to easily identify a specific collaborator’s color by clicking Add Legend to Canvas.                For more information read our Real-time Collaboration article from our Help Center and post any additional questions below!
