Is it possible to set a board so that guests can post and their colors are set by role? By this I mean that I have 6 people but 3 of them are from IT and 3 are from HR. I want notes created by members of those two roles to have green for IT and red for HR. If I assign collaborator colors can I modify those colors to match this desired outcome?

+6Hi Krik thanks for commenting in our community! Yes you can adjust collaborator colors! Select the collaborating carrot in the top right hand part of your screen.
You can edit collaborator colors by selecting "Color legend". Select a collaborator from the list and adjust the color to match the desired team. You can edit your own color and your collaborators’ colors by clicking on the colored dot and selecting a new color from the dropdown menu. You can adjust collaborator colors at any time.
