I signed up the subscription to make use of Cloud Insight capabilities. However When I am looking at File - Import data I am not seeing any cloud insight feature.

Cloud Insights is an add-on that can be purchased by accounts on the Enterprise plan. For more information of our different account types see this article: Account Types
