Hi Robin
Thanks for posting in the community! When editing a flowchart a URL pasted in a shape or text box will move along with the shape it is pasted in rather than actively taking you to the linked address. However the links will work normally when your flowchart is in Presentation Mode. To view the chart in presentation mode you can click the 'Present' button at the top right corner of the editor. This will show you the completed flowchart and allow you to use the pasted URL address links as normal. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
Hi Chase
Although quite swift your reply does unfortunately not cover my question. I have used the function of creating a link behind an item (using the small chain symbol then selecting the option to link a URL) and after publishing my issue occurs. In the editor I can use CTRL + Shift + Click. However once back in Confluence nothing seems to work. Clicking the boxes in the process flowchart should trigger opening a confluence website where that particular step of the process is explained. I tested this before using my paid personal account with iframes and that worked. We'd need this to work in the onprem version as well.
Thanks for getting back to me asap.
Hi Chase
as if by magic now it works. Could it be that there is a delay of some sort in this?
Hi Robin
I'm glad to hear it's working for you! Often we'll find that many issues result from a browser setting or poor internet connection and can be solved by reloading the page or opening the tool in an incognito window. It sounds like that was most likely the cause of this issue. If you encounter the problem again please let me know!
I have the same issue as described by the other user: I have a lot of links I created and usually by using CRTL+SHIFT and clicking on the link text (in the example below: DATA SOURCES) the links are opened in a new window. This doesn’t work anymore.
Can someone help me? I am desperate!
Hi @AntonF , thanks for adding to this thread and I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your links. I’m happy to help!
First, I recommend trying the following steps. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
Could you try opening your board in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post . Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? If those don’t resolve the problem, could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Lucid Help Center article: Generate a Lucid Support PIN .
Thanks in advance for your help and patience!
Hi @Ambar D ,
I tried both using an incognito window and disconnecting from the VPN but it didn’t change the situation.
I created a PIN:

Hi @AntonF , thanks for getting back to me with that information.
Could you please try to resend the Document Support PIN? It looks like there may be an issue with this PIN, and sometimes a missing number can cause this.
If needed, you can find steps for generating a Support PIN again in this Lucid Help Center article: Generate a Lucid Support PIN .
Sorry for the hassle here- thank you for your help and patience.
@Ambar D
here is new PIN:

Hi @AntonF , thanks for sending over this new PIN! We’re taking a closer look and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks again for your help and patience here.
Hi @AntonF , I’ll be happy to assist you further here!
Could you please confirm whether you are using Mac or Windows? After having a closer look into your document, I was able to open the link you have indicated in your screenshot through Option+Shift+Click when using a Mac. For PC users, we indeed suggest Ctrl+Shift+Click.
Please let me know if you continue to experience issues!
