Is there any way to have a diagram/flow created on Lucidchart and add a hotspot/click point where when added to the Confluence page and someone clicks on that point it scrolls down to a certain part of the page? (similar to an anchor on Confluence?)

This is a great idea but unfortunately our software does not quite do this. You can link to another page within your hotspot but you can't point to a specific part of a page.
