I want to create a diagram where the circle is made from arrows that point to the next subject. Something like this picture.

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! This functionality is currently not native to Lucidchart, however, you can create your own shapes to achieve this by following this steps in this Help Center article. Hope this helps!
