Charts with transclusion

Hello community

several Confluence pages with LucidCharts are displayed with the Confluence macro "Transclusion" in a superior Confluence page.
Unfortunately the LucidCharts are not displayed. Can I fix this via a setting or is this an error?

Hi Klaus thanks for posting! Is this one of the transclusion macros native to Confluence (i.e. the "excerpt include" macro "excerpt" macro or "include page" macro)? Or is it a transclusion macro from a Confluence add-on? We can't guarantee that our add-on is compatible with all other add-ons so that's likely the issue. I'd recommend using one of the native Confluence macros if you are looking to insert content from other pages. The Transclusion Macro seems to be a add-on in our environment. It works fine with the "excerpt" macro you named. Thanks a lot!
