How can I go back and update the layout of data within my smart containers after the initial data upload? The layout tab is no longer visible once I set up conditional formatting for color coding of the data within the container. The "manage data" section is also no longer available.
Hi Anjali thanks for posting in the community! It sounds like you may not be in the editing mode for your smart containers. As a first step could you please try double clicking your smart containers?
This should open a Smart Containers panel on the right of the Lucidchart editor. From there you should be able to change the layout fields and data of your Smart Containers. For more information please take a look at this Smart Containers article from our Help Center.
If that doesn't don't resolve the issue could you please submit a support ticket here so that we can take a closer look? Please let me know if you have any questions!
