Hi Yeonsei

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart community! The hand tool should appear after you press the space bar on your keyboard and you should see the regular cursor again if you release the space bar. If the hand tool is appearing randomly or not going away after you stop pressing the space bar could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? 
 

If none of the above helps to resolve the issue please respond on this thread with the following information so we can take a closer look:

• A screenshot of the issue.
• A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
