This isn’t so much a question as it is a major issue. I hope the group can pinpoint the cause here, because without it, I doubt I’ll be able to trust using Lucid again.

I’ve been collaborating with a colleague on a given Lucidchart. This chart has been in the works for approximately 4 months. Both of us have been working on it 2 ~ 3 days a week.

Today we were working on a tab together, looking at tables, code snippets, among other shapes.

Later in the day we go back to a tab and all the code snippets as well as the tables are missing. Other shapes remain, such as the cloud diagrams.

We searched revision history, and nothing appears there that it ever existed, either today or previous.

Without this, I have no means available to me to restore the data that was removed.

What could be the cause?

What tools could we use to pinpoint the cause?

How could this happen?

Perhaps there’s a bug in Lucidchart with multiple people collaborating on a single document?
