I used to have the Change Shape as an option and now it is greyed out. Why has this changed?

Hi @cmulvaney, thanks for continuing this thread. You’re correct - the “change shape” functionality is not available within Lucidscale. It is only available within Lucidchart for a limited number of shape libraries. If you’d like to export your Lucidscale model to Lucidchart, you can do so by clicking the Model Options menu > Export snapshot > Lucidchart shapes.

From there, you can pull up the “Change shape” option by right-clicking on the shape. I hope this helps!

Hi Adam

It looks like this is a Lucidscale model is the case?

Seeing the exact same issue and I understand that this might be due to my file being a Lucidscale model. If that is the case, is it possible to switch to a different model that allows for shape changes?
