HI!


I have a private account that I have paid with my card and then filed a request at the company. Now my new employer wants to handle the licenses centrally. Is there an easy way to change my ID to the new email of my company? I do not want to loose all the figures I have created using my private account.

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! If you are simply trying to change your email address you can make this change through your User Settings page. For more information please view this Help Center article. You will not lose any of your work by changing the email address associated with your account. 


If your employer has made a new account for you associated with a Team or Enterprise account you can share your work from your private account to your new work account.
