I want to resize a smaller shape in one direction where the shape has no center handles. Is there a trick without zooming in? As it seems there is no modifier or combination of modifiers which lets me grab an edge handle and keep the other dimension unchanged.

Hi there Oliver thanks for reaching out! To adjust the dimensions of a shape in one direction you will indeed have to select the shape and zoom in until the handles appear. If you have additional ideas about how this should work would you mind adding your idea to our feature request form?
