cant create a new document

Question

Every time i select create new it loads for a second and then nothing happens i have tried in incognito as well just to make sure and the same thing happens

A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Hi @brandoddFor troubleshooting purposes, could you please confirm whether you're attempting this using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome?The Lucid Webapp should open a new diagram in a separate tab regardless of the browser used.Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!Thank you very much and have a great one!Warm regards
