Hi everyone I can't access to any of my documents

Thanks for posting in the community. We had a brief outage this morning but is has since been resolved so you should be able to access your documents again. If you aren't able to let me know! Thanks.


Does it happen again? I can't access to my documents yesterday and today.


Hi there thanks for following up on this thread! We haven't had any recent outages that could cause this. If you are still not able to access your documents would you mind submitting a Support ticket using this form? Please include a screenshot of the trouble you are seeing and the email address associated with your Lucid account. Thanks!

All known outages posted here: https://lucidsoftware.statuspage.io/. If anyone else is having trouble accessing their Lucidchart documents I recommend filling out this form to submit a Support ticket for the quickest response.
