Cannot upload new images in lucidchart
Has anyone experienced not being able to upload new images in lucidchart despite having enough storage?
Also copying an existing image works

I'm very sorry for the trouble you experienced with uploading images - you identified a bug affecting Lucid’s image upload tool. Fortunately our Development Team was able to resolve the issue today and you should be able to add images to your canvas as normal. This Help Center article also has some additional troubleshooting steps for importing images.
