My account linked to Microsoft login in my Office365 family account


I want to change my login type to the email/password but cannot

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community. To do this you will need to set up a password for your Lucid account. You can set/reset your password here: password flow. Make sure you check your spam folder just in case your email client filters out emails from us. Once your password is set you can navigate to Lucid.app and you will be able to click log in with password. Hope this help!

It does not work.


I did it 10 hrs ago but nothing received in my mailbox. I did it again 30 min ago - again nothing.


Did you read my post? My account is linked to an Office365 account so your system is blocking password changes. I need to unlink my Lucid account from my Office365 account
