Cannot switch to Individual Plan

I want to switch my account from an educational to an individual plan

but when I click on buy in individual plan nothing happens even if I click on try nothing happens. I want to switch ASAP due to my master thesis figures being now uneditable and I need to submit it next week.

How to proceed?
