Cannot edit visio after import in Lucidchart

I wanted to use this app for editing a diagram that I created in Visio. When  upload it looks OK but is in read only mode. I cannot edit it. It says I am on free version but whatever I try to do it needs me to sign up to premium account.



It seems falsely advertised as a free version because the free version seems useless to me. No matter what I do I cannot get this to update to edit permission.



This application does not work for me. I will need to find something else. Does anyone have suggestions for a free Visio editor that actually works?

Thanks for posting! Editing Visio Imports is actually a feature that is only available to professional accounts and above (see the Account Types article). Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if you would like me to put you in contact with our sales team.
