Thank you for requesting a Lucidchart Education account. Unfortunately we cannot approve your request because the email address you provided is ******@tamu.edu which is not an education email address.
Texas A&M University is a public university and has an edu domain.
Can you please help resolve this issue?

Thanks for posting on the community. It looks like your educational request was rejected because you signed up for an individual subscription/trial under your educational email address. To proceed with the free educational upgrade please cancel your individual trial and apply again using the same form.
