I have been invited to a team document and have received the invitation email fine with the Join ID. I click on the link and get to the Join Team screen but when I choose to Join Team with the provided I get an error message saying that it is invalid and to contact Facilitator. Facilitator is unhelpful and requested that I contact Help Desk.
How do I go about resolving this?

Hi Barbara thanks for posting in the Lucidchart community! I'm happy to help. Join ID access automatically expires after two hours or when disabled whichever comes first. Can you confirm if either of these is the case?
If not rather than attempting to access the document via the invitation in your email can you please try logging into your Lucid account under lucid.app and click the + New button in the upper left corner of your home screen then entering your six digit code under Enter Join ID? Please let me know if you still continue to experience this problem after doing so.
