When I export to .png I get a file in a format: .com.google.Chrome.RPV7EE that doesn't open. All worked yesterday. The only thing I did different was clear my Chrome browser history and caches since then. Any ideas?
Hi Tom thanks for posting in the community! As a first step could you please try exporting your diagram in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
