I can’t access any of the company’s diagrams. Also it keeps asking me for a trial, instead of join the team subscription. Is the fault on my account or is there something else I need to do? Many thanks for help

Not necessarily! You don’t need to delete your account just yet, check if your admin can add your existing account.
