Can't get to saved chart

When I hover over the document in "documents" I see completed chart but when I open the document it is only the template - how do I get to the chart I have saved

Hi Kelley thanks for posting! If your diagram is a template it will say "template" over the document thumbnail in the "documents" section. It would also say "new" in place of the "open" button on the bottom of the thumbnail. If this isn't what occurs it sounds like your chart may just be in a different page tab. Documents can have multiple pages-- when you open the document if you look at the bottom toolbar does it show multiple page tabs? If you click one of them does it have the diagram you created? If this doesn't help you find your diagram please submit a support ticket by filling out this form and including a link to your document. Thanks and hope this helps!
