I set the “Default shape” of my org chart to a 4px blue line, rounded corners. Now every shape I make, including a text box, or things pasted from another tab, have the blue line around them. If I click on an object, it shows up as having no border though. How can I get it back to normal?

OK, I can’t delete this post once I’ve done it but I noticed absolutely everything had the line around it, which led me to think about the conditional formatting rules. I didn’t have the pane open, but once I opened it and closed it, all the borders went away so somehow the conditional format rule pane was active in the background.
