I’m trying to do free hand drawing and Yeah, I’m sorry to say I can’t find the pen in the toolbar.

You mentioned you are using Lucidchart, and there is not a drawing tool in Lucidchart. If you switch to using Lucidspark, you will find the drawing tool in the left hand panel. Let me know if you have any questions.
