Can't find a chart that I made

Thank you for posting in the Community! Can you check on the second tab to see if your work is there? The tabs are located at the bottom left of the screen. Usually when users experience this it’s because a new empty tab has been inserted before the tab with all the work. Please let me know if this helps!

There is only 1 tab (well now I added another so there are two). both are blank

Thank you for the response and context. If you navigate to lucid.app are you able to see you documents you are searching for? If not it may be worth it to check the trash as well as making sure you are in the correct account. Both are easy mistakes to make. 

If neither of these is the case would you mind to submit a support ticket to us at support@lucidchart.com so we can take a closer look?
