I created some flow diagrams a few days ago. I have gone back to edit and now can't. My account is Mark Davies and I have a Lucidchart Individual 1 member licence. Can you help please asap?

Hi Mark thanks for posting in the community. Sorry for the trouble you're experiencing! What indicates to you that you are unable to edit? Are you seeing a paywall message pop up about not having access to certain features? Do you see that you are in a "view-only" experience indicated in the banner at the top of the editor? Are you receiving error messages about storage being full? This will help us to understand the cause of the issue and look into a fix!
