Hi Manfred! Thanks for posting in the community. This is occurring because the organization associated with your domain already has an Enterprise account with Lucid. They have enabled domain control to ensure all Lucidchart users in the company are associated with a single account. If you would like to join your organization's account I recommend reaching out to your internal IT team. If you believe this may be a mistake please submit a support ticket here.
