I've seen a similar post to this however the solution there was to use the ERD shapes which I already am. I don't have the line end options at all. I would expect it to be in the yellow highlighted area below as this is where it was in a tutorial I watched to try and figure out how to change cardinality.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for any confusion. You should be able to change the cardinality by clicking on the arrow icon directly to the left of the highlighted mark on your screenshot. Hope this helps!
