I have paid for Pro access but I still get a message saying I need to pay.

Hi Sofia I am seeing your subscription successfully applied to this email. Can you please clear your cache and cookies and be sure to log back in with this email? This resolves this issue 99% of the time. If that is not the case please let me know!
